Thrust-Tech’s general warranty applies to units repaired or overhauled by Thrust-Tech and subjected to normal installation and operating conditions as established by the original equipment manufacturer. 


Thrust-Tech warranties its overhaul and repair services to be free from defects in workmanship provided however that Thrust-Techs liability shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of any such defective parts that Thrust-Tech serviced.  The warranty period shall be as follows:

 

Minor Repair – Warranty liability shall be strictly limited to the repair or replacement of any such defective parts that Thrust-Tech serviced. 1 Year (12) months from date of shipment or one thousand (1000) hours, whichever comes first.

Major Repair / Overhaul – 1 Year (12) months from date of shipment or one thousand (1000) hours, whichever comes first. Warranty shall cover the entire unit in total.

 

The duration or longevity of the Thrust-Tech warranty is not intended to replace or extend mandated service limits or time restraints imposed by the OEM or the FAA. Such as, but not limited to:

    1. Learjet Horizontal Stab Actuator – 1 year (12) months from date of shipment or six hundred (600) hours, whichever comes first.

 Thrust-Tech’s liability as to defects is dependent upon receiving written notice within thirty (30) days from the discovery of any defect.  Thrust-Tech is not liable for any costs associated with troubleshooting, removal, installation or shipping of any defective or returned units.  Units subjected to tampering, misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, improper handling or installation and maintenance for system-induced problems are excluded from this warranty.  Thrust-Tech is not liable for detail parts that may be missing on returned units.

 

Thrust-Tech makes no other claim or further warranty, expressed, implied or statutory and hereby specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use.  Except as stated specifically herein, Thrust-Tech shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages which may arise out of the sale or use of the unit which is sold or otherwise supplied to customer by Thrust-Tech. This warranty is limited to the initial customer that contracted with Thrust-Tech and shall not be transferable to any other party unless otherwise consented to in writing by Thrust-Tech.

 

This warranty revision replaces any and all previous warranty statements.
